What Is A Pop Up?
A Pop Up features mini make + take projects. Attendees pick their project (or projects) from a menu of Pinterest-inspired crafts. Each project takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete and crafters can make multiple projects as their time allows.
The Pop Up is great as a stand alone entertainment option or can compliment any event! Corporate offices, hospitals, happy hours, weddings, conferences, birthday parties and more! Your guests will have a unique creative experience guaranteed to put a little Art in their day!

Not every event is designed for everyone to sit down and begin the same activity at the same time.

Artsy Pop-Ups give guests the freedom to stop by when it works for them, choose from a curated menu of projects and make something of their own. The creative station becomes part of the event rather than interrupting everything else happening around it.

Participants can visit between other activities, while mingling or whenever a little creativity catches their attention.

It is approachable, flexible and fun to watch—even for guests who insist they are not artistic.

The creative station remains available during an agreed-upon event window, allowing participants to join as the event unfolds.
They choose a project
Guests select from a small, curated menu of creative options prepared for the event.

Participants receive the materials and guidance they need, then personalize their projects through colors and creative details.

Most projects are intentionally manageable, so guests can complete something satisfying without spending the entire event at the creative table.

THE DETAILS
The devil is in the details.....and when it comes to event planning we are all about the details! From site visits to party prep, our job is to make you look good!

We will schedule a site visit or phone call with your venue to discuss site logistics - where to park, where to enter, dress code, table configuration, lighting, audio/visual and more!

Depending on the size of the event, we will need access to the room 30 minutes to an hour prior to the event for set-up. Clean-up is typically about 30 minutes.

All artwork selections are custom and unique. Custom artwork can be designed for an additional fee.
