Artsy Pop Ups

What Is A Pop Up?

A Pop Up features mini make + take projects. Attendees pick their project (or projects) from a menu of Pinterest-inspired crafts. Each project takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete and crafters can make multiple projects as their time allows. 


The Pop Up is great as a stand alone entertainment option or can compliment any event! Corporate offices, hospitals, happy hours, weddings, conferences, birthday parties and more! Your guests will have a unique creative experience guaranteed to put a little Art in their day!

What We Need From You

  • Space including tables and chairs.

  • Access to a sink to fill water cups and dispose of paint water.

  • Advertising the event. A successful party starts with you! You get the guests there and we’ll make sure they have a great time!

  • Great for adults and kids!

What We Provide

  • All set-up and clean-up (and the fun!)

  • All project & painting supplies including canvas, aprons, easels, brushes, water cups, and palettes

  • Table cloths

  • A fun and professional Guide to assist guests, answer questions, offer tips and encourage painters!

  • Flexible to accommodate your schedule


The devil is in the details.....and when it comes to event planning we are all about the details! From site visits to party prep, our job is to make you look good!

  • We will schedule a site visit or phone call with your venue to discuss site logistics - where to park, where to enter, dress code, table configuration, lighting, audio/visual and more!

  • Depending on the size of the event, we will need access to the room 30 minutes to an hour prior to the event for set-up. Clean-up is typically about 30 minutes.

  • We carry General Liability insurance if needed.

  • All artwork selections are custom and unique. Custom artwork can be designed for an additional fee.
